Your Role:
Join our dynamic team as an IT Service Delivery Manager! In this exciting position, you'll bridge the gap between IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments, ensuring seamless service delivery after our IT infrastructure goes live. Based in [location], you will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC), fostering effective communication between business units and technical teams. Your key responsibilities include monitoring service performance, managing incidents, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction. Who You Are:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in service delivery, IT operations, or project management, ideally within a technology or infrastructure setting.
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Understanding of infrastructure technologies, cloud services, and application environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle service delivery challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in project management tools, capable of juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
Experience in incident and change management processes is a plus.
