What You’ll Do
As a member of our Service Desk Team, you’ll handle day-to-day IT service requests for a variety of clients, collaborating closely with teammates to provide the best solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:Acting as the first point of contact for clients needing technical assistance.Handling tickets, chats, emails, and phone communications professionally and efficiently.Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, networking, and software issues.Documenting technical processes and solutions for installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.Conducting research to answer client questions and provide solutions.Communicating effectively with clients, end-users, and colleagues.What We’re Looking For
We’re not seeking “average”—we need someone who’s a cut above. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:Responsiveness and Urgency: Self-motivation and a proactive attitude are key.Communication Skills: Comfort in talking with people is a must.IT Experience: Prior experience in a related IT role is required.Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines on tight schedules.Technical Knowledge: Networking and server administration experience is a plus.What You’ll Get
