IT Service Management IV

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Monitor and Manage budget/spending balance of GIS, CAR/SC/SOW/PO, etc.
+ Build and maintain partnership with key stakeholders (GCAB, site manager, etc.) in user departments to deliver excellent IT services with good communication
+ Lead and manage vendor to provide professional IT support for daily operation and local or global project execution
+ Work with global team members for global project implementation as well as IT troubleshooting
+ Support GIS Business Partner for IT operation process standardization, SOP documentation, etc.
+ IT asset management methodology and Life Circle Management controlling
+ IT operation ticket/task management as well as data analysis
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
+ More than 10 years of IT operation experience with increased responsibilities
+ Very good oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and English
+ Excellent analytical skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and work well in a dynamic, global company
+ Experience in presenting to larger audience both in Japanese and English
+ Ability to travel to other locations within and outside of Japan
+ Certified Microsoft/Cisco/Aruba Professional **preferred**
+ Rich experience of Service NOW system **preferred** a global company
+ AV-system experience **preferred**
