IT Service Management IV

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and Manage budget/spending balance of GIS, CAR/SC/SOW/PO, etc.Build and maintain partnership with key stakeholders (GCAB, site manager, etc.) in user departments to deliver excellent IT services with good communicationLead and manage vendor to provide professional IT support for daily operation and local or global project executionWork with global team members for global project implementation as well as IT troubleshootingSupport GIS Business Partner for IT operation process standardization, SOP documentation, etc.IT asset management methodology and Life Circle Management controllingIT operation ticket/task management as well as data analysis

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fieldMore than 10 years of IT operation experience with increased responsibilitiesVery good oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and EnglishExcellent analytical skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and work well in a dynamic, global companyExperience in presenting to larger audience both in Japanese and EnglishAbility to travel to other locations within and outside of JapanCertified Microsoft/Cisco/Aruba Professional preferredRich experience of Service NOW system preferred a global companyAV-system experience preferred
