IT Service Management Supervisor

Job Description:

At Regions, the Change Management Analyst plans and monitors smaller scale change management projects and directs specific portions of larger scale projects with limited supervision.

Primary Responsibilities

Recommends and develops strategies for implementing appropriate internal changes or responding to external changesPreforms system design and programming, network planning, budget planning, database management and computer operationsWorks with subject matter experts to gain a clear understanding of how change will impact current processes and outputsCreates and monitors actionable deliverables for project teams  Completes impact analysis of proposed changes through documentation of current processes and proposed solutionsManages a backlog of operational changes and prioritizes effectsInforms identified stakeholders of upcoming changesMay lead functional teams or projects, while providing guidance to less experienced associates

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five(5) years of related work experienceOR High School Diploma or GED and nine (9) years of related work experience

Advanced analytical/problem-solving capabilitiesDemonstrated problem-solving skills and excellent customer service and interpersonal skillPossesses in-depth knowledge of each line of business in order to anticipate necessary changes in software applications and systemsSolid understanding of applicable systemsStrong verbal, written communication, and organizational skillsStrong work ethic and self-motivation, with ability to multi-task

Supervise and lead the IT service management team, including Change Management and Incident and Problem Management Event Specialists.Develop and implement IT service management strategies, policies, and procedures to improve service delivery and efficiency.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of IT service management process.Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure seamless integration of service management processes with overall IT operations.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to identify and implement process enhancements.

Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 4:00 CST

This position is currently offsite in Birmingham AL, Nashville TN, Atlanta GA, or Charlotte NC and associates will work from their home primarily. They may be expected to go on site for meetings or other events as needed.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

$121,910.00 USD
