IT Service Manager

Within the Global Central Function Transformation, we are looking for an

IT SERVICE MANAGER

To oversee Brembo IT service operations in line with the IT strategy and vision, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services from suppliers and internally.


Main responsibilities

•Service Management: regularly reviews supplier performance, according to SLAs and KIPs contractually agreed, which the ICT Service Manager has previously contributed in defining. Ensures timely and effective resolution of service requests and incidents. Supports the further strategic development of IT Service Management as well as the system functionalities and processes within regional IT Service landscape
•Process Improvement: within the contract performance monitoring and governance, develops and implements IT service management processes and best practices to enhance service delivery and efficiency, managing the escalation processes.
•Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with Business, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with IT services.
•Incident Management: actively support & monitor the progess of open incidents to ensure their timely resolution.
•Reporting: Generate and analyze service performance reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Conducts forecasts in order to identify possible future IT challenges and take necessary steps in minimizing risks.
•Compliance: Ensure compliance with IT service management standards and regulations, such as ITIL and ISO/IEC 20000.
•Budget Management: in collaboration with the IT finance processes manager, ensures cost-effective service delivery.

 

Main requirements

- University Degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
- At least 5 years experience in similar roles;
- Certifications: ITIL certification is highly desirable;
- Proficiency in IT service management tools and software;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Fluent in English.
