As the responsible IT Service Senior Specialist for audiovisual (AV) technology, you will have a variety of responsibilities to ensure that the audio and video technology in our Munich office is operated effectively and efficiently. Your tasks will include carrying out regular maintenance work, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues. You’ll provide technical support and assistance at events, conferences, and meetings. You’ll also create and maintain documentation for installing and configurating the AV systems. In addition, you’ll support the employees at the Munich office on all questions relating to information and telecommunication technology in our Microsoft- and Mac OS-based company environment. You will also install, configure, and commission hard- and software components and ensure that they run smoothly. This also includes providing user training and advice. Finally, you’ll document your activities in our ticketing system and ensure that problems are solved promptly.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
You have completed commercial training as an IT specialist, AV specialist, or similar.You have several years of professional experience in the field of IT/AV support, ideally in a highly service-oriented and international corporate environment.You have solid knowledge of hard- and software, mobile devices, networks, and the latest Microsoft and Apple products (Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft 365, and cloud services).You are experienced in meeting and event support and are deeply familiar with AV systems.You enjoy interacting with people and have experience effectively communicating and presenting technical concepts to colleagues and employees.Your German is excellent, and you have very good written and spoken English language skills.
YOU'LL WORK WITH
You’ll be part of our nine-person local IT Service Team in Munich, and you’ll also work closely with your IT Service colleagues in our other offices in Germany and Austria. The team is composed of members with different professional profiles that complement each other perfectly. Your manager will help you familiarize yourself with the company and develop professionally. You’ll also be able to draw on the experience of your colleagues.
