The IT Employee Experience & Services Team is a global team that collaborates with other departments to support end users and IT equipment at Logitech sites.

Provide IT service support, guidance, and training to end-users for various IT devices, applications, or processes.Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both locally and remotely.Conduct IT onboarding activities for new employees.Assist in the discovery of new IT business tools to support our business users and internal IT teams.Collaborate with internal IT teams on system testing, integration, and maintenance.Participate in product testing with business groups.Seek, suggest, evaluate, and implement process and technology improvements.Key Qualifications:

Experience in end-user desktop supportProficiency in troubleshooting Windows 11, M365 and MacOSKnowledge of Google WorkspaceStrong communication skills, with comfort in working with various stakeholdersGood knowledge of hardware installation, cabling, and troubleshootingTroubleshooting skills for bug identification and resolutionStrong customer service skillsExcellent teamwork skillsAbility to work independently within a remote teamFluent in EnglishAdditional Preferred Skills:Knowledge of MS Intune, Apple MDM Device Management software, ServiceNow, or similar toolsFamiliarity with advanced printer/peripheral device troubleshooting and patch managementProject management/design thinking skillsEducation:
Obligation to complete high school education
Currently pursuing an IT diploma/college or seeking a first IT-related experience
