IT Services Technician
Location: This role is fully onsite in our Pleasanton, CA office.
Compensation: $30 - $35/hr + benefits
Hours: Tues - Thursday (27hrs/wk)

About the role
As a Services Technician, you will perform PC break/fix onsite and remotely. We will count on you to identifying the problem and determining the most efficient and cost-effective way to resolve the problem, keeping customer downtime to a minimum. Along the way, you will get to:
Maintain knowledge of new technologies resulting in continued client satisfaction. Provide first technical support and leadership support. This includes, but is not limited to, responding to questions, assisting with troubleshooting, and determining problems. Maintain and protect assets and property. This includes spare parts, loaners, tools and test equipment, as well as equipment that may be provided by Insight’s customers. What we’re looking for
Experience with Microsoft Teams Experience with SCCM, Asset Management, machine imagining, possible Mac/Apple device support, ServiceNow, and Citrix preferred Ideal candidate must be able to develop relationships with all levels of customers within the business (individual contributor to c-suite) Must be able to lift 50 pounds, bend, crawl and stand and sit for 8 hours
