Provide Project Management services to the IT OrganizationWork with IT Managers to provide project management and support where neededPrepares project documentation in the appropriate system which includes but is not limited to:  Project Charter, WBS (work breakdown structures), resources, schedules, cost estimates risks and issues for potential and existing ProjectsSupports and coordinates all aspects of projects to ensure that implementation plans are done safely, on-time and within budgetIdentifies project needs and success criteria and raises concerns around project slippage, risks, and any resource issues needed for overall successMeasure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the project to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and that it meets or exceeds expectations. Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks. Adjust as necessaryProvides necessary documentation for all projectsLeads troubleshooting exercises for any task and project issues – identifies improvements needed and adds objectives to projects to remediate issuesUtilizes methods for tracking overall project progress including individual task progress and overall progressCommunicates project progress to all stakeholdersEnsure that all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment are communicated to all affected team membersSupport the Change Management process
