IT Services Analyst

**JOB PURPOSE:**
This job role will include HR information system data entry, equipment management, asset management, and credential management.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
• Process HR system transactions for hires, rehires, transfers, and data corrections
• Maintain HR configuration settings
• Review HR transactions and enforce HR policies
• Analyze processes and determine possible procedural improvements
• Collaborate with IT resources to propose and deliver system improvements
• Process equipment for all partners (new hires, transfers, terminations)
• Create tickets for equipment
• Manage End User return receipts
• Create user accounts for all non-automated HIPAA systems
• Deactivate user accounts for all non-automated HIPAA systems
• Process broken and obsolete equipment
• Inventory Management
• Reporting Metrics
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:**
• Demonstrates strong organization skills and written/oral communication
• Demonstrates strong computer skills
• Demonstrates basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Able to manage and prioritize multiple assignments
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Able to work well both independently and with others
**MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:**
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Information Technology or related field
**MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:**
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in IT-related fields
