You will also support and assist in the development and implementation of new technologies. We are seeking someone with excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and technical ability, with an aptitude for analytical thinking. This role is based out of our home office (aka the Big Kitchen) in Phoenix, AZ. Requirements: Provide first line technical support to employees in our corporate headquarters and restaurant locations by responding to helpdesk ticket requests, documenting solutions and following up on user communications. Communicate effectively, verbal and written, to present information in a clear, professional manner. Work with team members and third-party service providers to troubleshoot, collaborate, and coordinate repairs and find solutions to tricky problems. Solve technical issues using existing knowledge of key technologies and methodical troubleshooting. Install and upgrade software, install hardware, and configure systems and applications remotely (via phone, and with/without remote management tools) and on-site. Configure and deploy Windows and MacOS workstations and iPads. Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Okta. Assist with IT asset inventory including regular storage room checks Work some early morning, night, or weekend hours as required by operational needs Participate in rotating on-call schedule for nights and weekends Qualifications: Excellent customer service and effective communication skills Some college and/or equivalent technical school and training 2+ years of experience in IT Help desk/technical support 2+ years of experience with configuring and troubleshooting Windows 10 2+ years of experience using and troubleshooting MS Office applications (e.g. Excel and Outlook) Experience with basic networking Experience with Active Directory Ability to effectively organize work and effectively manage time Ability to perform tasks while bending, stooping, kneeling or standing while supporting additional weight of up to 50 lbs Ability to travel as needed to support restaurant operations Preferred: Restaurant/hospitality work experience in any capacity Preferred: Experience with MacOS and Apple iOS/iPadOS Preferred: Network+, Microsoft certifications Preferred: Capability with basic scripting using DOS Batch files and/or PowerShell Preferred: Experience with an endpoint management tool (e.g. ManageEngine Endpoint Central) About Us: Our story begins with Sam Fox, a man passionate about hospitality and endlessly inspired by food and design.
