THE ROLE 
Reporting to our VP of Tech Ops, the IT Site Administrator will be responsible for the effective management of hardware, software and associated technologies that support and enhance operations within the fulfillment center.RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in the creation of standard operating instructions, policies and workflow processesInsure compliance with Company and employment policies, safety policies and guidelinesManage the acquisition, setup, and networking of computers, printers, timekeeping scanners and associated equipmentManage, maintain and enhance Wi-Fi service within the buildingManage RF equipment and interaction with Company’s WMS and Inventory Management SystemsManage building card readers, and security camera video review and retentionQUALIFICATIONS3+ years of IT Administration experienceExperience with HighJump is a plusProficient in MS Office and Google DocsPrevious experience supporting a Fulfillment Center is a plusBachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems is a plus; however, experience may be substituted for formal educational credentials (Comp TIA A+, CCNA, MTA)BELONG TO A BETTER COMPANYComprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life and disability)Competitive salary (DOE) + equity401k plan6 Observed HolidaysFree Thrive Market membership with exclusive employee discountCoverage for Life Coaching & Therapy Sessions on our holistic mental health and well-being platform
