As an IT Procurement Software Applications Procurement Manager you will manage a set of suppliers - a subdomain within 4 Software Applications supplier domains. You will work in close cooperation with Domain Category Manager, contributing to the supplier strategy development, implementation & supplier management. You will also be responsible for end-to-end supplier engagement, including evaluation, price/commercial negotiation, onboarding, contracting, planning, purchasing &license management.
Part of a Software Applications Procurement Manager's responsibilities is to prepare and run RFP/RFQ for new initiatives and manage supplier selection. In addition, the Software Applications Procurement Manager will also manage existing supplier engagements and contracts (negotiate/ create/ consolidate/ extend/ end). Procurement Managers work with close cooperation with Domain Category Manager and IT Enterprise Applications team, enabling internal stakeholders to achieve technical goals, meet the expected commercial T&C as well as their cost targets for the set of managed suppliers.
As part of the team, you will:
Manage a group of suppliers as part of SW Applications supplier domains. Manage License utilization for Strategic and Preferred suppliers, striving for optimal effective usage of purchased scope Contribute to the development of supplier domain strategy, while successfully implement it for the managed set of suppliers. Drive quality, value for money & assure optimal usage of the existing agreements. Lead negotiations, contracts & commercials specific to the managed software suppliers. Manage contracts, contract costs and complete supplier analytics Be the escalation point into the supplier for commercial issues
