What do you contribute?

You act as the central contact between factory departments and Siemens Mobility IT, ensuring process-compliant implementation of requirements. You manage IT projects in the factory, delivering them on time, within budget and to quality standards from ideation till service readiness. You oversee the end-to-end rollout of solutions, considering business impact and
professional management communication. You develop and maintain the OT network, collaborating with suppliers and ensure data and information security. You translate business requirements into IT solutions, implement changes, test and deploy them. You oversee IT operations, maintenance and documentation of processes according to approved standards. You provide user support, including 2nd-level troubleshooting, coaching and training. You design and implement programs to safeguard data security and optimize IT operations.  

What do you bring along?

You hold a master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. You bring first experience in IT solution design, implementation and management, with a focus on factory digitalization. You have a proven track record of translating business requirements into technical solutions and managing IT projects in a factory environment. You excel in implementing changes, testing, deploying IT solutions and managing IT operations and maintenance activities. You challenge our business with new trends in manufacturing automation and digital technologies. You possess a strong understanding of Operational Technology (OT) networks and their integration with IT systems. You are proficient in project management methodologies and tools and certification in relevant IT technologies or frameworks (e.g., ITIL, Agile) is a plus. You are proficient in written and spoken German and English.
