Duties and Responsibilities
Be a senior member of the Team which supports Teamcenter application in the resolution of support/service tickets including
a) Account Management
b) Application, Maintenance, Break-Fix support

Work with a global customer base across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

Work with the development team internally and vendors/contractors to collaboratively fix issues and influence prioritization of improvements to the system 


Qualified applicants will have:
Minimum of 4years of Application Support for a packaged application
Minimum of 3 years supporting applications associated with Engineering

Experience with one or more of the following technical skills

Automation Scripts and/or programs like UI Path Dot Net/C++/Python

Experience with testing and change management (GIT/other tools) will be a plus.

Ability to report out support metrics in a structured manner

Experience engaging with global customer user base and development team

Can- do attitude and ability to influence peers as well as senior managers
