We are seeking for an experienced Consultant to join our team. You will provide structured analysis on consultancy assignments/work packages including decomposition of functional, technical and business requirements to meet the needs of the customer.

\n

You will manage provision of specialist knowledge and provide advice/guidance. You will analyze business processes to identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility and recommend new approaches.

\n

You are required to evaluate the factors which must be addressed in the change program and establish requirements for the implementation of changes. You should ideally have in-depth knowledge of specific technical specialism in the area of systems integration and be able to supervise specialist technical consultancy.

What you will do

\n\nDeliver projects successfully by defining scope, business processes, projects & schedules to ensure tasks are delivered in line with customer expectations.\nLead proposal preparation to ensure best fit solutions are put forth that are commercially competitive, viable and of high quality.\nGather and manage business requirements, user, functional, technical and process requirements for products, services and/or software applications\nJustify project/assignment in terms of context, benefits, options, costs, ROI, risks, dependencies and commitments\nWorking closely with project teams, product owners, service owners, technical and customer groups to resolve solution problems.\nSatisfy stakeholder demands to achieve lowest Total Cost of Ownership for DP DHL\nProvide technical and/or process expertise and input to design, planning, and issue management\nEnsure project/assignment completion in accordance with the pre-determined scope, time, budget and quality; plan, prioritise and communicate status of related tasks\nProvide accurate status on deliverables to project manager (and frequently internal customers) to ensure successful recharging of project work\nEnsure projects and work package delivery is on time and within specified budget\nReport promptly any variances of cost and specification to the project manager\nPrepare and carry out presentations/documents to clients to win new business\n\n

\n\n5 to 8 years of experience in supervisory/ consulting roles and possess strong organizational awareness\nExperience in project management utilizing the full systems development lifecycle and managing medium scale projects/ consultancy assignments (6-12 months) with direct business impact and firm deadlines\nVery strong in business process modelling and data analysis, provision of financial analysis and business case preparation and strong demonstration of leadership in consulting activities\nSolid knowledge of Test Management, Change Management, Configuration Management and strong in customer integration technologies (e.g. B2B tools and message standards, SOA concepts/architecture, data communications, middleware, visibility tools)\nExcellent analytical, organizational and problem solving aptitude\nExemplify a high degree of personal integrity and interpersonal skills and abilities\nProactive in seeking for continuous improvement\nDemonstrable good experience in the information and systems management environment\nGood Public Cloud and Containerization knowledge and experience\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nSystem Integration experience\n\n
