About the Role:
We are seeking a Solutions Data Architect to join our Data and Analytics team. This role plays a pivotal part in enabling and maturing our data capabilities and helping transform our company into a data-driven organization.
As a Solutions Data Architect, you take ownership of defining and supporting the implementation of business solutions on a modern data platform. You will work directly with the Data Engineering teams to define standards, create data models and mappings, promote methodologies and standards, and ensure architecture and business alignment.
What You Will Do:
Data Solution Architect Effectiveness Drive the architectural effectiveness of data-related business initiatives within the organization. Maintain and enhance the current state data architecture while planning future state architecture aligned with product objectives. Develop technology roadmaps to ensure a smooth transition from current to future state. Design data solutions addressing specific business capabilities and non-functional requirements. Create solutions to advance and optimize the enterprise data infrastructure. Assess technology, market trends and industry developments to identify potential impacts. Advocate for data architecture process and results to business leaders and enterprise information technology. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and standards. Alignment with Strategy and Roadmaps Collaborate with senior business and technology leaders, including product management, business, engineering, and operations. Ensure alignment between business and technology strategies, facilitating seamless communication across multiple organizational levels. Develop a data architecture roadmap based on IT strategies and business requirements. Technical Strategy and Standards Establish technical strategies, standards, and guidelines in collaboration with other architects. Create logical architecture models to support large, complex, cross-capability area initiatives.What You Will Need:
12+ years of varied experience implementing all aspects of Data Management - Data / Big Data, Data Quality, Data Modeling, Data Governance, Data Integration / ETL, Metadata Management and Data Security. 10+ years of enterprise experience working with data architecture efforts with subject matter authorities from varying technology and business disciplines 5+ years of experience strategizing and implementing end-to-end Data Warehouses with strong SQL knowledge and leveraging technologies such as SSIS, Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, and Talend At least 4+ years in financial industry. Compatible domain experience will be considered. With 2+ years leading distributed teams and working in cloud data environments. Proven success in planning, influencing, and leading initiatives across engineering and business organizations. Prior experience migrating from on premises platforms to cloud. Strong SQL knowledge, performance optimization, data catalog, data lineage, critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication. Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.

Salary range: $99,501.91 – $183,764.31
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
