In this context, Pernod Ricard is recruiting a Deployment Lead for the IT Solutions Finance & Operations team, to lead the global deployment and adoption of our platforms at a technical level.
Position purpose:
· Assist Affiliates to deploy & integrate the various products available in each platform according to local & global roadmaps
· Be the key link between Market teams and the COE (Center Of Excellence) teams to ensure the adoption of the solution within the IT community (decommissioning of old processes, proper interface monitoring, ensuring a smooth support process, etc.).
· Identify and escalate key local processes that can’t fit in the core models ; Assist the project teams in agreeing on a contingency plan or in expressing change requests when needed
· Help local IT teams to identify and size the correct resource needs to ensure a smooth deployment
ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES
Prepare and monitor the deployment of the Finance & Operations products within the Affiliates
In collaboration with the IT COEs, Finance EPM COE, the S&OP COE and the Operations Product Owners :
· Work in close proximity with other IT centers of excellence (integration, ERPs and Data) to make sure that the best practices, guidelines and most updated toolkits are made available to the local Affiliates
· Support the change readiness & impact assessment in the markets for every product to be deployed
· Supervise the definition and implementation of appropriate integration plans
· Monitor the deployment progress ensuring that schedule, process, resources, performances and budgets are respected
Support the deployment of the products in liaison with, or present in the Markets
· Support the appropriate governance and monitoring process set-up at Market level and ensure a smooth implementation of products
· Assist to all relevant meetings and workshops in the Market to onboard teams (IT and business)
· Provide input and feedback to the global platform teams ; Follow-up on integrations activations or change requests deliveries
· Coordinate the design, specification and delivery of new interfaces when there is a need identified
· Support affiliates throughout QATs and UATs, set touchpoints after go-lives to ensure the quality of the overall delivery
· Identify & offer relevant trainings to upskill local IT teams and give them all the tools to be autonomous on the long term
· Report periodically on the status of deployments & integrations per product per platform
PROFILE
· Master’s degree in Engineering preferably
· Strong exposure to technical core models deployments, with the need to interface global / cloud solutions to ERPs or other local systems
· 5-7 years of experience in consulting or in a large scale project environment with deployment challenges
· Fluent in English
· High level understanding of back-office IT systems required, exposure to JDE or Navision ERPs a plus
· Exposure to ETLs (Azure DF, Informatica, Logicapps…) & Integration methods (webservices, APIs…) a must
· Ability to communicate to various stakeholders in a clear manner ; need to be able to vulgarize highly technical problematics to a non-technical audience
· Excellent people/leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
· Ability to mitigate issues and help tech teams to understand business challenges when there is a need for customization
· Ability and maturity/seniority to challenge local IT teams regarding existing processes when applicable
