**Overview:** **Reporting to the Head of Sales Xerox IT Solutions**
The IT Solution Specialist role will bridge the gap between technical pre-sales and the sales team, focusing on delivering tailored IT solutions to meet client needs. This role involvesidentifyingclient challenges and understanding key business requirements delivering innovation with aligned IT solutions. Key focus on driving revenue growth from both existing and new clients, working with the sales account team through consultative selling. The IT Solution Specialist will be aligned to the field sales team and work closely with technical teams, vendors, and clients to ensure successful growth of our IT services portfolio into existing and new clients, forging long-term partnerships.
**Key Role Tasks and Activities:**
Proactive Client/Prospect Engagement & Account Management working in tandem with the sales team:Initiatemeaningful IT strategy conversations with both current and new clients and serve as the first technical point of contact, ensuring client needs are met through tailored solutions and impactful presentations, driving relationship success and business value.
**1. Client Engagement and Relationship Management**
+ Identifyand engage with prospective clients to understand their IT needs and businessobjectives.
+ Build andmaintainstrong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
+ Act as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
**2. Solution Development and Presentation**
+ Collaborate with technical teams to helpidentifyand propose tailored IT solutions.
+ Organize and lead product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients, ensuringappropriate internalresources and partners are involved.
+ ensure solutions meet both client needs and organizational goals.
**3. Sales Strategy and Execution**
+ Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
+ Identifynew salesopportunities through market research, networking, and client referrals.
+ Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
**4. Collaboration and Teamwork**
+ Work closely with sales and technical pre-sales to developviablesolutions.
+ Align with marketing teams and partner management to create campaigns and materials to support
+ sales efforts.
+ Provide feedback to product and development teams based on client insights and market demands.
**5. Performance Tracking and Reporting**
+ Maintainaccuraterecords of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress within Salesforce
+ Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and vendor innovation.
+ Monitor client satisfaction and ensure continuous client innovation.

**Essential**
+ Provenexpertisein IT services solutions, delivering tailored offerings that meet client needs.
+ Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, software, and networking.
+ Ability to quickly learn and adapt tonew technologiesand product offerings.
+ Strong desireto continually develop knowledge and skillsets on IT solution products.
+ Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Teams to improve client communication, and drive productivity.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, for effective interaction with the sales team and end user clients
+ Great interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation capabilities, enabling effective engagement with clients and colleagues
+ Strong customer engagement skills, emphasizing your ability to build and exceed client relationships and build long standing partnerships
