Job Responsibilities
At this job you will:
Provide efficient and effective technical support via phone, email, and live chat to resolve IT incidents and fulfill service requests. Utilize ServiceNow ITSM platform for ticket management, incident resolution, and knowledge documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to various software, hardware, and network services. Escalate complex incidents to higher-level support teams while maintaining timely communication with end-users. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and support documentation. Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies. Background & SkillsYour profile:
Proven experience in a technical support or service desk role. Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices. Proficiency in using ServiceNow ITSM platform. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English (German and Danish skills are a huge plus). Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Employee Benefits
