What You’ll Be Doing IT technical support and advisory：Provide IT support, advisory and consultancy to the Danfoss Group Installation & Configuration：Install and configure IT hardware and software​ Manage IT tickets：Answer phone calls, register, monitor queues and resolve IT-related tasks Analyzing Business needs：Analyze business needs and take necessary actions Documentation and IT advisory：Create or request knowledge and other documentation useful for IT Services Collaboration & Escalation：Collaborate and escalate across the Danfoss Group Digital & IT organization What We're Looking For Excellent communication and customer service skills with strong attention to detail and highly organized. Able to support IT corporate requirements outside the normal business hours. Ability to travel as needed to deploy and support corporate offices. Bachelor’s degree required. Mature communication skills both verbal and written in English. Ready to Make a Difference?
