Position Focus:

Responsible of performing all administration tasks and procedures to ensure applications and databases availability and performance for the systems under her responsibility. Main tasks include 2nd level problem analysis and support; escalation to 3rd level support when required; implementation, configuration and administration of Servers, Databases and Applications; migrations; documentation of patches, new configurations, administration procedures; systems diagnose, tuning and performance.

 

Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science, related engineering, or equivalent experience. Requires 2+ years of experience administrating Linux and Windows OS  Requires 2+ years of experience giving support.

 

Position Specific Requirements:

Fluent in English Teamwork and communication skills Vendor technical certifications are recommended. Advanced skills of OS administration on Windows and Linux. Knowledge of SQL Database administration. Basic skills of IT infrastructure: network and Citrix. ITIL knowledge Positive mindset. Problem solver oriented. Basic technical knowledge of next applications: Capital XC / CapH (legacy) EDS DOORs Confluence Jira Other Engineering systems and applications
