This position is with Western Mental Health Center

 

SUMMARY:

Assist in planning, installation, and implementation of EHR development and upgrade projects along with Desktop/Helpdesk support.

DUTIES:

Assisting with the training of all employees on data capture to satisfy grant requirements of the CCBHC care delivery model. Shares in System Administration for the EHR System. Participates in EHR design and build sessions, tests the application, and documents the findings. Maintains the EHR issues database/helpdesk. Assist in conducting user workflow analysis to determine possible improvements in the use of existing software systems or the possible additions/changes to the systems. Develops and delivers training documentation and instruction for end users. Assist in the development of forms and applications needed for the EHR. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mission-critical system's functionality and utilization improvement. Performs special projects. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Associates Degree or 2 years experience preferred
