What you’ll be doing? 

Troubleshooting for system, network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faultsInstalling and configuring computer operating systems and applicationsProvide daily supports to end users and perform Helpdesk work tasksResponsible for contacts with remote IT helpdesk for more complex issuesPrepare various documentation and perform IT inventory trackingAssist in E-Commerce project (web content management)Provide support for in-house EPR and Cut, edge & fit systemPro-active Knowledge exchange and collaboration with Heldesk Taiwan and Mainalnd ChinaVery close collaboration with Regional APAC Team Regional Service delivery& data management

Who are we looking for? 

Higher Diploma or equivalent qualification in IT related disciplinesMinimum 3 years relevant working experience in PC and IT helpdesk supportProficiency in hardware and software especially for Windows 10, iOS, MS365 and MS TeamsHands-on experience in supporting Windows Servers environment, Active Directory, application serverKnowledge in SDWAN, Router, Switch, Firewall, virtualization technology is an advantageKnowledge on Shopfloor Systems and Yonyou U8 system is an additional advantageKnowledge of mobile devices such as tablets and smart phonesGood command in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)A team player with excellent communication skills
