Complete Description:
This position functions as an expert in mentoring teams to comply with CMCoE (Change Management Center of Excellence) policies and procedures from a process perspective supporting multiple business areas across the whole Department of Health and Human Services. This position will work with the tool administration team and CMCoE team to configure the tool to follow industry best practices and SoM standards for by not limited to Bridges, MiBridges, Integrated Service Delivery(ISD) Portal, ISD Contact Center, ISD Universal Case Load, MiSACWIS, MiCSES, BSI, ODS, SIGMA, HUB, and CHAMPS.
