Responsibilities Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services, specifically focusing on SPM and IRM modules Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Implement integrations with other enterprise systems and tools to ensure seamless data flow and process automation. Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow solutions. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, technologies, and industry trends. Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST web services. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. For a critical sensitive position, you must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance eligibility at the Top Secret level. For a special sensitive position, you must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance eligibility at the Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) level AND you will be subject to a random counterintelligence scope polygraph. Drug Testing: If you are given access to classified information, you will be subject to random drug testing. If you are selected for a special sensitive position, you will be placed in a drug testing designated position. You must pass a drug test before your assignment to such a position and you will be subject to random drug testing subsequent to your assignment. Qualifications All qualification and time-in-grade (if applicable) requirements must be met within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. Basic Requirement: Applicants must have IT-related experience demonstrating the following competencies appropriate to, or above, the level of this position. Customer Service- experience maintaining relationships with customers, assessing current information technology needs of customers, and developing or identifying information technology products and services that are tailored to meet customer needs. Oral Communication- briefing mid-level management and IT staff on the status of information technology systems, projects, or daily operations, including the communication of technical information to a non-technical audience. Problem Solving- identifying alternatives to address complex information technology-related issues by gathering and applying information from a variety of sources that provide a number of potential solutions. In addition to meeting the basic requirement, you must have one year specialized experience at the GS-12 or equivalent level. Specialized experience must be documented in your resume. Specialized experience is defined as technical and project management experience in developing and supporting Service and Workflow Management Platform (e.g., ServiceNow's Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules). Expertise in software used in system integrations (e.g., C#/.NET and SQL) is highly desirable. This position includes information assurance (IA) work as a paramount duty requirement. Per DoD 8570.01-M, the incumbent of this position must achieve the appropriate IA certification within six months of assignment of these duties. A waiver of this six month requirement may be granted per DoD 8570.01-M, C3.2.4.2 or C3.2.4.3. Failure to receive the proper IA certification may result in removal from this position. Initial Probationary Period: You will be required to serve an initial probationary period of 1 year if one has not already been completed. Mobility Agreement: All DCAA auditors must sign a mobility agreement. This agreement may require you to be reassigned every five to seven years.
