Summary You will serve as a IT SPECIALIST (CUSTSPT) in Tech Services (N00T) of NETPDC. Responsibilities You will investigate existing information technology (IT) systems to identify potential issues. You will oversee the implementation of strategic plans to verify organizational procedures and guidelines align with cybersecurity requirement. You will analyze information assurance (IA) certifications and accreditations to maintain compliance with regulations. You will review information assurance (IA) procedures to recommend enclave changes or additions in the IA security posture. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying acquisition management policies and procedures used when evaluating contractor's products and services.2) Ensuring security measures and procedures are provided to end users; 3) Advising and assisting end users on applications, operating systems, protocols and equipment; and 4) Troubleshooting a variety of applications, operating systems, protocols and equipment.
