(merit). Responsibilities Oversee the Enterprise System Administration activities for the White Sands Missile Range Administrative and Test Support Networks with a technical team. Ensure information is obtainable while maintaining required security measures of the infrastructure and information stored on the network. Identifies and sets priorities for requirements that support the enterprise server and desktop information systems within WSMR. Coordinate with other divisions/branches and tenants across White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) to develop and define specifications, scope of work, and definition of evaluation parameters Develop procurement plans for the acquisition of supplies, services, training, studies, and unique equipment. Serve as a Government Technical Monitor (GTM) to assist the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) in monitoring a contractor's performance. Responsible for the configuration and lifecycle management of server and desktop computer systems in place at the White Sands Missile Range (WSMR). Responsible for the design, implementation, validation and maintenance of server and desktop automation systems.
