Summary You will serve as an IT Specialist (SYSANALYSIS) in the Ranges/Target Ops/Instrumentation & Labs Group, China Lake Ranges Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Responsibilities You will interface with multiple cross-service and joint program stakeholders up to the Pentagon, PEO, and PMA level. You will ensure customer test events are fully supported with required capabilities You will work with operations, engineering and administrative teams to ensure quality products and high-performing teams. You will ensure all aspects of operations are documented and team is trained and motivated in carrying out procedures. You will work with wide-area network provider (currently DREN) and customer to identify and resolve any impediments to efficient and effective service. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate one year of information technology related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies, as defined: 1. In addition to my experience demonstrating the four competencies above, I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11/12) or pay band (DS-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector in order to perform the duties of an IT Specialist (SYSANALYSIS). Specialized experience includes: (1) Utilizing Linux/Unix operating systems, Windows operating systems, and computer networks; (2) Performing work related to cybersecurity, service management, configuration management, and inventory management; and (3) Leading and managing others.
