What success looks like in this role:

- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Windows OS, Citrix 7.x, VMware, Converged infrastructure like NetApp FlrxPod, VMware VxRack, VMware    VxRails, Cloudflare, AD, Internal DNS, External DNS, MS PKI , public PKI infra, and GxP processes.
- Lead a team of 20+ engineers, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity.
- Serves as the technology mentor for practitioners within and across project teams.

-Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages ( PowerShell, Python)  and automation tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiency 
-vRealize Automation: The ability to use code to manage resources, such as policies and infrastructure blueprints 
-IT security concepts: Knowledge of IT security and compliance standards
-Interfaces and communicates with mid-level client leadership that may include technical presentations, in their area of expertise.
-Demonstrates proficiency and leadership in solution architecture, design, development, test, configuration, deployment, and maintenance as it relates to      their area of expertise 
- Collaborate with architects to identify and evaluate new project opportunities.
- Develop and convert project opportunities into detailed Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with GxP processes and other regulatory requirements.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for team members and clients.
- Participate in project planning, implementation, and review meetings.
-Takes responsibility for the integrity and delivery of the larger solution or major infrastructure solution area as designated in the project plan.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with Windows OS (all versions), Citrix 7.x, VMware (all versions), VxRack, VxRails, Cloudflare, AD, DNS, and GxP processes.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of 20+ users.

- Extensive experience in Windows PowerShell Scripting
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in developing and managing SOWs.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Citrix, VMware) are a plus.
