Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct end-to-end system testing Collaborate with cross-functional teams and QA Lead to understand requirements and expectations Develop and maintain automated tests in a DevOps environment Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans and cases Automate system testing and reporting Report, track, and verify defects Test IT solutions and web applications using formal software test practices and automation Implement best engineering practices for continuous testing and performance tests Evaluate and develop test frameworks as needed Maintain automated regression suites to comply with changing requirements and features Review and provide QA strategy, standards, procedures, tools, and processes Tackle technical challenges and conduct research Handle complex, less structured issues** ENGLISH PROFICIENT ASSESSMENT WILL BE REQUIRED AFTER APPLICATION ***

Required Qualifications:
7+ years of professional software engineering experience 7+ years of hands-on experience in functionality testing, SQL, Postman, and API testing (manual/automation) 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI automation with a key-driven framework and strong knowledge of XPath Experience in automated integration testing Proficiency in NoSQL and SQL databases Experience in customer-focused software application development and security White box testing expertise Knowledge of Rally or Jira tools Familiarity with public cloud (Azure, AWS) and DevOps Knowledge of Selenium and core Java, with a focus on XPath Deep understanding of the SDLC process, including requirements, design, development, build, release management, and quality assurance Familiarity with Agile methodology and participation in Agile ceremonies Experience driving innovation and adopting industry practices Experience working with development teams to resolve issues or blockers Experience defining and implementing STLC and defect life cycle processes
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with web services/APIs Experience in the healthcare domain Knowledge of web UI (JS, WASM) Solid communication skills
