As an IT strategic sourcing negotiator lead, you'll create and review contract terms and conditions with contract negotiators and internal customers. In this role, you'll coordinate IT hardware and software contracts ranging from $5,000 to $5M in annual spend. You'll manage all negotiated deals through contract execution, involving collaborating with the business, legal, Information Security, and other corporate partners. Additionally, you'll work with others to drive vendor performance and resolve capabilities and product offerings meet the needs of the business. You'll also mentor and provide feedback to others in the team. You'll assist leadership with team capacity load-balancing, data-analysis, and overall strategy.
This is a remote position for US-based work only.
Must-have qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in a business or IT related discipline (e.g., MIS, Business Management) and a minimum of six years of experience in business, sourcing and/or developing and maintaining vendor relationshipsIn lieu of a degree, a minimum of eight years related work experience in business, sourcing and/or developing and maintaining vendor relationships may be accepted
Preferred skills
Experience negotiating and supporting the negotiations and sourcing efforts for larger suppliersCollaborate with legal, finance, information security, risk, and other stakeholder groups to review contracts, including business and legal termsContract administrative tasks to include entering data into a source-to-pay system, adding new suppliers, and building deal review decksCoach and assist others through the negotiations cycleAnalyze, and present data as needed to leadership
Compensation
$104,682-$123,000/yearGainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
