We are seeking for an experienced IT Supervisor with a strong background in overall IT support. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support onsite, ensuring efficient operation of computer systems, networks, hardware and software. This role will also focus on maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our network infrastructure.
The detailed main responsibilities and qualifications for this role are as follows:
Responsible for proposing and implementing IT procedures and processes in coordination with the client and Easycall IT Team. Will handle and develop a team of IT Officers. Responsible in managing Fortigate firewall and access points, provision, and configuration of firewall such as VLANs, policies and routing. Proficient in operating and managing Cisco firewall/Fortigate/L3 Layer Switch, and network switches/routers. Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software components. Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability. Manage network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware. Troubleshoot IT issues and collaborate with team members to resolve complex problems. Implement network policies, procedures, and standards. Provide technical support and guidance to users in person, over the phone, or via email. Collaborate with IT team members to optimize network usage and efficiency. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in networking technology. In charge of installation services, hardware/software maintenance, and defect analysis and repair. Coordinating with employees/clients and providing timely response to all incidents, outages and performance alerts. Preparing reports for the team and management's reference.
