* The IT Supplier Services Professional directs, manages and oversees all Team related contracts throughout their lifecycle. Serving as the link between requester, supplier, procurement and legal. Serves as the main facilitator for contract negotiations, contract changes, claims, recommendations, monitoring and record keeping. Controls the contracts, safety and quality compliance is maintained (compliance to SHS processes, guidelines from contractual perspective) and SHS IT procedures are achieved.* Oversees the overall supplier relationship and performance related to contracted services. * Manages service level agreements between the service provider and the requisitioner. This oversight includes both operational and strategic topics.
IT Supplier Services Professional

* Manages service level agreements between the service provider and the requisitioner. This oversight includes both operational and strategic topics.
*Creates and maintains infrastructure applications, scripts and reporting.
Responsibilities:
50%: Management of regional contracts and database. Responsible for the review, approval and processing of all regional contracts. Including contract signatures and PO requests. Ensuring procurement, delegation of authority, quality, legal and technical requirements are met. Responsible for reviewing all regional demands. Provide contract reporting. Productivity Champion: identify and/or assist others by reporting on formal productivity items. Produce SAP reporting to support the regional operations forecast. Track PO requests and billing for specific services. Perform invoice verification, approval and coding. Perform vendor and escalation management for regional items. Budget and forecasting for specific services. Support RFP and sourcing process. 10%: Create and maintain data foundation database/reports. 10%: Create business unit reporting including allocation reports for various areas. 5%: Maintain PowerBI reporting on regional operations financials. 25%: Implement, improve and maintain Infrastructure applications, scripts and reporting.Skills for this role:
Minimum two year’s experience in contract and data management preferred. Great communication and leadership skills. Excellent customer service skills. Great analytical skills. Ability to work with various groups within IT. Innovative thinker. BS in an IT discipline is preferred. SAP, IOL, NextGen and OneSRM experience preferred. Preferably ITIL Foundation certified.Experience in the following tools:

The pay range for this position is $66,200 - $99.300 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
