The Information Technology Supply Chain Planning Staff Business Analyst for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible to bridge the gap between IT solutions and business operations by leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support and design secure scalable IT solutions enabling digital transformation.
This position is part of the Information Technologies department based in Chaska, Minnesota or Indianapolis, IN and will be on site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute Supply Chain Planning technology roadmaps.
Play a critical role bridging the gap between IT solutions and business operations focusing on optimizing and enhancing processes.
Work with Business teams to align and evaluate strategy that ensures IT supply chain solutions follows regulations, data privacy, and cyber security requirements.
The essential requirements of the job include:
A bachelor’s degree is required, with 9+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or master’s degree in a related field with 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain.
The ability to work with internal and external business challenges, gathering and defining business requirements and translating into technical requirements, with the ability to understand specific needs related to supply chain planning operations global best practices and standard work to improve processes.
Leading and supporting from inception through completion activities, teams, or projects with complex problems by using analytical thinking and judgement to identify innovative solutions offering seamless integration of new technologies into existing supply chain infrastructures.
The ability to identify opportunities to implement automation to increase efficiency and optimization reducing human error by utilizing AI and data analytics to generate insights that improve and solve complex supply chain issues and processes that may involving MRP, forecasting, inventory levels, production schedules, and overall decision making.
Proficiency in implementing and configuring supply chain solutions, including knowledge of setup, configuration, change management and integration with other systems preferably using cloud-based systems.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Proficiency in Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply and Demand modules.
Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, SQL Server, OBI, etc.
Familiarity with procurement, inventory management, and logistics are highly beneficial. #L1-WT1
