Job Description Looking for an IT supporter for an international shipping company.

We are looking for a skilled IT Supporter to work in an independent role delivering high quality IT support for our users.

Your functions will entail regular IT support tasks supporting 200+ colleagues covering both in-house users as well as global colleagues in person, over the phone or remotely. The role will entail ensuring all computers / devices and printers are set up and configured accordingly. Your tasks will include collaborating with external suppliers, developing and maintaining IT documentation, as well as carrying out ad hoc tasks.

The global IT team are responsible for keeping the IT systems running 24/7/365 as well as supporting and helping with IT tasks. You will be part of the IT support team, sharing a work schedule where you periodically will be on call. 

We are looking for someone who is service-minded and has the ability to switch between tasks. 
  Job Requirements: A few years’ experience with first level IT support in Servicedesk / Helpdesk Knowledge of: Windows 10, MS Office, Office 365, Intune, PCs and printers. Experience with Microsoft and Citrix environments.
