Onsite IT Support Admin support execs and employees at the corporate HQ.

Skills and Requirements
2+ years desktop support experience
Experience supporting high level executives (etc.)
Experience setting up and supporting corporate events
Experience supporting conference rooms (A/V experience)
Strong customer service skills and follow through on tickets and issues
Experience supporting a Windows environment
Experience working with 0365
Active Directory experience
Experience setting up (config and image) Desktops and Laptops, as well as troubleshooting issues with laptops and workstations
Experience supporting printer issues local as well as network printers
Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues IP config/computer wont connect to printer/wireless connectivity
Experience supporting office applications
Previous wireless support null
