ITW Deltar Fasteners serves all the major OEMs and their tier suppliers with plastic fasteners totaling approximately $260M in revenues. Units include: Frankfort, IL; Chippewa Falls, WI and our Commercial Sales and Engineering in Troy, MI.

The IT Support Administrator will help maintain a strategic IT roadmap consistent with the business goals. This position will report directly to the IT Service Desk Manager of Deltar Fasteners with a dotted line to the IT Infrastructure Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day technical support of Business Systems (ERP, CRM, and other IT system implementations)Provide network and helpdesk support to networks and end users onsite and remote.Maintain network operations, including assembly of network hardware, infrastructure, telecommunications and connectivity equipmentPerforms network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose network problemsUpgrades network hardware and software components as requiredInstalls, upgrades, and configures network printing, directory structures, rights, security, software and files servicesImplementing, monitoring, and reporting on cyber security directives from the companyProvide users with technical support including current users and new hiresMonitor, resolves, and documents any helpdesk issues from end usersEstablishes and administers AD accounts for network users, user environments, and directoriesInstalls and tests necessary software and hardwareAssist with maximizing the uptime, stability and data integrity of division InfrastructureTroubleshoots hardware problems. Repairs and/or replaces equipment and/or parts as necessary. Orders new or replacement parts with budgetary approval guidelines.Monitors PC, Network and Server performance. Tunes to optimize performance. Makes recommendations for new equipment or services.Administers, troubleshoots and maintains telephone system, phones and other communication equipment.Maintains inventory of all hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment. Develop and maintain system documentation for changes and enhancementsAssist in managing and implementing updates and upgradesPerforms all other duties assigned by Division IT Service Desk Manager or Division IT Infrastructure Administrator.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.3-5 years’ experience deploying, upgrading and enhancing computer systems in a manufacturing/automotive environment a plus.Experience implementing compliance and cyber security controls based on NIST, TISAX, and ISO standards a plus.Experience with ERP, CRM, Power BI, scripting, workflow automation and various other business applications a plus.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines seamlessly.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze workflows and processes to identify process inefficiencies and improvements.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.Strong understanding of various IT functional areas (infrastructure, networking, and end user support.)Ability to interact with all levels of management and staff.Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CompTIA Security+ or similar are a plus.Occasional travel required.Compensation Information:
