IT Support Analyst
Description We are in search of a Desktop Support Analyst to join our clients team in Ankeny, Iowa! This role is pivotal in providing end-user support, including both hardware and software solutions. As a part of the telecom industry, you will be expected to deliver top-tier service and support to maintain the smooth operation of our technical systems. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Provide end-user support for desktops, including both hardware and software issues • Troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues efficiently • Manage the deployment of machines, ensuring the correct configuration and setup • Utilize SCCM for reimaging machines and pushing out updates • Offer support for both Apple and Windows machines, including iPads, iPhones, MacBooks, O364, Windows systems, and cell phones • Use Bomgar software for remote access to user's machines • Leverage ServiceNow or similar ticketing system experience to manage and resolve user issues • Preferred experience with InTune, though not required • Demonstrate competence in using Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments, and Deskside Support. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Desktop Support Analyst role or similar. • Proficient in Citrix Technologies and Dell Technologies. • Experience with EO/IR systems. • Knowledge of Mac Computers and Microsoft products. • Familiarity with Active Directory. • Proven skill with Computer Hardware. • Experience with Configuration Management. • Demonstrated ability in Deployments. • Proficient in Deskside Support. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, but not required. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Willingness to stay updated with the latest technological advancements. • Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
