Come join us in a unique and challenging opportunity to provide support to our internal end users and grow your IT skills. The individual selected for the position will be responsible for servicing internal clients in networking, clerical and various help desk duties.

Responsibilities

Due to continued growth, our Corporate IT Group is seeking an IT Support Analyst for our Kennesaw, Georgia location.

Provide deskside and remote technical support to employeesWork within an ITSM system on problems, incidents, service requests, assets, changes, and solutions articlesConfigure, deploy, install, and support PCs and endpoint systemsInteract and communicate in a professional manner with internal customers while maintaining confidentialityProvision and manage user accounts in Office365, Active Directory, and other enterprise level solutionsInstall, configure, and manage specific software using established policies and proceduresDiagnose and troubleshoot networking connectivity issuesIdentify and troubleshoot potential network connection problems throughout facilityParticipate in an on-call rotation Qualifications Relevant Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university strongly preferred; Associate degree and significant relevant work experience will be considered       Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar support roleStrong experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10 and Office365 in an enterprise environmentExperience working in an ITSM system (FreshService, ServiceNow, Zendesk)Strong knowledge of endpoint computing hardware and peripheralsBroad knowledge of common endpoint software productsAbility to communicate with technical and non-technical users at all levels of the companyAbility to work independently and multi-task effectivelyComfortable with continuous learning of new applications and skillsAbility to write effective knowledgebase articlesBasic networking knowledge (including VPN, AD, LDAP, WAN)Solid troubleshooting skillsAbility to mentor other more junior support associates and internsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsWorking in a team environment and being a team player
