Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system changes effectively. Manage system configurations, upgrades, and integrations to meet business needs. Develop and maintain documentation, including workflows, user guides, and training materials. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the ERP system aligns with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Dynamics 365 preferred). Strong understanding of ERP system architecture, modules, and integrations. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently. Familiarity with SQL queries, Power BI, or related tools is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with users and stakeholders.
