IT Support Analysts will provide support to the INSCOM C2IO program, installs, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains technology and telecommunications equipment. Provides reports, completes requests for new service, determines methodology for installing PC's/LAN connectivity, telephone service, determines appropriateness of moderate equipment changes or modifications, call switches, test trunks, test links and installs communication circuits.
HOW AN IT SUPPORT ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Associate degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience.Required Experience: 1-3 years of related technology or telecom type of experience.Required Technical Skills: Troubleshooting, Computer Literacy, knowledge of the technologies, tools, and equipment used in technology/telecommunications systems support.Security Clearance Level: Must possess a current Top Secret/SCI security clearance.Required Skills and Abilities: Must be capable of performing physical work as necessary; may be required to lift 50lbs, perform repetitive actions and be required to climb or crawl when performing work in restricted spaces.Certifications: DOD-8570 IAT II certification required; Sec+ CE requiredPreferred Skills: Communication Skills, Customer Service, Wiring, Electronic Circuit Troubleshooting, basic IT troubleshooting skills.Location: On Customer Site / Fort Belvoir (INSCOM)GDIT IS YOUR PLACE:

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $36.55 - $49.45. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
