The role:

Imagine being at the forefront of IT support at Fugro, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to shine! As an IT Support Assistant, you'll be the go-to person for end-users across multiple offices, providing essential first-line technical support. You'll manage your own workload, ensuring that any system issues within the Fugro IT estate are promptly reported and resolved. Your days will be filled with tackling helpdesk tickets, keeping systems up to date and secure, and adhering to best security practices. Plus, you'll play a key role in training new and existing staff on the correct use of the IT system, all while contributing to the continuous improvement of processes. It's a dynamic role that blends technical expertise with proactive problem-solving and a commitment to learning and growth. Are you ready to take on this exciting challenge?

What we’re looking for:

Relevant experience and/or qualifications in supporting end-user equipment, software and services.Experience working in a busy IT department.You enjoy using your technical expertise to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.You are confident of your own abilities and can escalate any technical issue in a timely manner.You are confident using a variety of IT systems and are comfortable training staff in the correct use of.
