Crone Corkill are currently partnered with a well established client as they look to add an IT Support Assistant to the team during an exciting time for the business. They have plans to expand their operations across the UK, with this hire being vital in supporting that growth from an IT perspective.

They offer hybrid working options (2 WFH, 3 in the office) and your working hours would be 10am – 4pm.

What will you do as an IT Support Assistant?

Monitor the helpdesk and respond to queries within SLAs Train users and assist with IT inductions Set up and replace IT equipment Occasionally travel to other UK offices Update various technologies & tools

What skills do you need to be an IT Support Assistant?

3 A-Levels at grades A to C Working with Windows/Microsoft technologies Monitoring printers, desktops, laptops etc Strong customer service skills
