Help our team members succeed every day as our IT Support Associate, where the results of your critical analysis will directly enhance the work experience of colleagues across the company. Your impact will be felt as you develop, enhance, and document critical IT processes including comprehensive user lifecycle management, systems access for various user classifications, and asset management across over a dozen different countries. This role will report to our IT Operations Manager.
This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The onsite requirement will typically be 2 days per week at our SF HQ, but will increase to 4 days per week for 3 weeks in a row for events at HQ, up to 3 times per year.
What you'll be doing
Provide advanced technical support for end-user hardware across multiple platforms (MacOS, Windows, and occasionally Linux) Deliver expert-level software support for enterprise applications including Google Workspace, Asana, 1Password, Adobe, Microsoft 365, InTune/Entra, and JAMF Contribute to strategic IT projects, including planning, implementation, and successful delivery of technical solutions that align with organizational objectives Implement and maintain back-end architectural components related to Identity Providers Identify recurring issues and implement permanent solutions to reduce support tickets Serve as the final escalation point for resolving complex technical issues that cannot be addressed by Tier 1 or Tier 2 supportWhat you should have
3+ years of experience in IT support with progressive responsibilities Experience with ChromeOS and Chrome Enterprise solutions Demonstrated expertise with MacOS and Windows operating systems Proven experience supporting enterprise software solutions (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, JAMF, Intune, Okta, etc.) Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities Knowledge of identity management systems and SSO implementations Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSupercalifragilisticexpialidocious points:

Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
