Description Shift: Monday - Friday, 9-5 First couple of weeks you will work onsite, once your leads are comfortable with your training you are welcome to go hybrid. Typically on site 2-3 days a week. Most importantly we are looking for someone who has some type of technical schooling who is looking to get into IT and is willing to work in the Command Center. We will train them and expose them to our Command Center, data center and IT as a whole. The person would need to be strong in multitasking, a quick learner, good communicator, team player and be able to handle a fast past workload. Skills Computer operation, Desktop, Noc, Troubleshooting, Monitoring, Computer Operations, Troubleshooting, Technical support, Linux, SQL Top Skills Details Computer operation,Desktop,Noc,Troubleshooting Additional Skills & Qualifications Light SQL experience and Linux troubleshooting (being able to navigate different directories, pick up log files) would be a plus as well as Monitoring Tools, Troubleshooting and SolarWinds. Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
