You will be working in close collaboration with your team members to provide technical assistance and troubleshoot and resolve user problems. Your Responsibilities Identify and break down reported and pro-actively found incidents using structured incident resolution approaches.Evaluate, diagnose, research, analyze and provide solutions to issues encounteredEscalating incidents and requests to the next level of support (3rd Level Support), in accordance with a defined escalation policyActive ticket ownership, ensuring timely response, follow-up and communication with any involved party in order to find a quick solutioContributing to extending of knowledge base to ensure Know-How transfer to and within the application support teamMaintaining effective working relationships with other support teams, IT departments, Business and external service providersFollow standard processes and proceduresEnsuring compliance to Service Level Requirements Your Skills and Experiences Professional education or degree in IT, or equivalent work experienceIntermediate to advanced knowledge level of SQL and related databasesTechnical support or IT experience is strongly desiredStack trace and application log reading/analyzing expertise in ELK StackBasic knowledge of Perl or a strong desire to learnStrong English language skills, both written and verbal, sufficient enough to interact with different countries and culturesGood analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving competenciesExperience in logistics- or transport business is an advantage
