Christopherson Business Travel, a globally recognized leader in Travel Management, is looking for an IT and Application Support Specialist to join our Technology team. This position will focus on end-user IT support as well as application support for both 3rd party and proprietary systems while providing the highest quality customer service. The Support team works in a fast-paced dynamic environment providing service over the phone, via email, in person and via remote sessions. Responsibilities: + Prioritize, evaluate, track and resolve Service Desk requests as well as maintain related user guides and other self-service documentation + Support and troubleshoot customer issues both hardware and software related + Perform basic system and application administration/configuration tasks + Escalate requests when additional technical expertise is required + Assist in technical projects as needed + Seek opportunity to teach and learn from other team members Requirements + Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Experience with IT and/or Application support over the phone and in person + Experience troubleshooting proprietary software applications + Experience with Windows 10/11, MacOS, Office 365, modern browsers and other common business applications + Experience with device management solutions like Microsoft Intune, Jamf, and Apple Business Manager + Basic computer hardware and/or networking configuration and installation + Ability to demonstrate professionalism while assisting users in stressful situations + Ability to lift 50 pounds + Fearless, innovative self-starter that will get their hands dirty Nice to Have: + Bachelor of Science degree and/or technical certifications + Experience with Atlassian products such as Service Desk, Jira, BitBucket, Bamboo, etc. + Experience with Linux and Windows Server administration + Experience with Bomgar + Experience with SQL, C# and/or Java + Benefits + Medical and prescription drug coverage + Health savings account (HSA) with company contribution + Dental coverage + Voluntary vision coverage + Flexible spending account (FSA) + 401 (k) retirement savings plan with company match + PTO and Holidays The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range and is determined by several factors that may include but are not limited to interdepartmental equity, candidate experience, skills, education and training, location, licenses, and certifications or needs of the organization.
