About the Role
Provide support to technical lead with day-to-day operation of End User Technology support to employees. The scope of technology is computing, mobile, phone system and AV.The End User Technician role represents the ‘face’ of Corporate IT support for users and success in this role will help to build up a world class employee experience for our organization.Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide helpdesk support (e.g. user password unlock / reset, user account creation) and answer enquires from the users in relation to IT issues covered in the Agreement.
Provide basic PC support (onsite PC support at the location of the Service Recipient)
Maintain and support computer hardware, computer operating systems, anti-virus tool, security firewalls, back-ups, desktop personal computer workstations and printers owned by the Service Recipient.
Administer, Upgrade and maintenance of IT hardware
Conduct fault diagnosis and rectification on all computer hardware.
Troubleshoot on all computer hardware equipment prior to calling for repair services from technical vendors.
Install and implement application systems and operating software including upgrade/patches.
Minimum Job Requirements:
IT related bachelor’s degree or above.
Work Independently
Technical support experience for at least 5 years (Financial Industry experience preferred)
Experienced in supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions, Helpdesk ticketing systems.
Experienced in supporting Mobile device management including IOS and Android devices.
Experienced in user account administration for supporting Call Centre and IP PBX
Experienced in handling technology request, capable in ensuring user satisfaction through accurate troubleshooting.
Bilingual with good command of spoken and written in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Work at different location: Back office & Clinic
